Our concept
“Bio Fair Südtirol” is all about increasing the presence of organic and regional South Tyrolean produce in the local cuisine and meals. Our project promotes using South Tyrolean ingredients while creating sustainable bridges between agriculture and tourism.
We want to ensure certified, organic produce is used more and more.
The strong connection between agriculture and cuisine creates a win-win partnership – farmers profit from a higher demand of their products, while restaurants can offer their guests genuine and high-quality meals.
We will support whoever opts for this solution by providing actionable suggestions and plans, access to a network of regional suppliers, and tailored implementation plans.
